The location was magnificent, and the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating throughout the entire stay! It is also conveniently close to Manado airport, the mountains, and a busy dual carriageway.

Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean great budget hotel. The staff was genuinely helpful and extremely friendly from my arrival up until I left. Last time I stopped, had big size room with air con. The location was excellent in the middle of jackson. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Pertigaan Tugu Adipura.

I really liked the room with separate beds, the amazing location close to North Sulawesi and the mountains, and the wonderful staff who were great throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Mel's Inn for a quick overnight stay before an early morning flight. The hotel's proximity to the airport was incredibly convenient, just a short 5-minute drive away. The staff were exceptional, providing us with great service and going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioning and power socket, they quickly found us a clean and comfortable room. The breakfast boxes provided were surprisingly good, and the hotel even arranged a shuttle for us at 4.30 am.
